We had a small project, but we wanted to find someone who would give it the attention and skill it deserved. Our previous contractor had laid mismatched grout in a somewhat sloppy manner on our, otherwise, beautiful backsplash.

I reached out to Chris, knowing our job might not meet the minimum cost for their services (which I was happy to pay for top-quality work). Chris took it upon himself to find additional opportunities for caulking and sealing in other parts of the house to make the most of the time.

Sir Grout is a great company to deal with, a rarity nowadays. Chris, the owner, determined the best way to proceed, willingly answered questions not related to the project, sent a detailed estimate and exactly what would be done. Sir Grout cleaned and sealed my bathroom floor and shower. Chris was easy to work with and provided helpful advice, which ended up saving me money by not paying for work recommended by other companies. I will contact Sir Grout for any future tile/grout needs.

Truly great work! Sir Grout totally transformed a shower, and also a few rooms and bathrooms. Now our new home looks amazing. These guys are very friendly and easy to work with, and they were done within the day. I can't recommend them enough!

They cleaned and regrouted the shower tiles in advance of a tub reglazing, while also removing cracked bullnose trim tiles from the perimeter of the tub. Chris is a straight shooter, reliable and well organized. Brian did an excellent job and gave useful advice. The shower looks better than when we bought the house in 1988. I've done my own grout work in the past and wasn't sure whether to use this service or not, but it was money well spent. I'm really glad we went with them. Excellent experience in every regard. Highly recommend. When without qualification: go with the pros.

We had a wonderful experience with Chris and Jimmy at Sir Grout. They replaced the caulk around our bathtub and cleaned the tiles and grout around it too. We originally had white caulk connecting the gray wall tiles in the corners. Chris asked whether we wanted to replace that with gray caulk. We had never thought of that before, and it looks so amazing now!

Jimmy also did a great job cleaning the mold and mildew that had formed in the grout and caulk. It turns out the previous owner had just caulked over instead of replacing the previous caulk, so Jimmy had to remove 2 layers. Our tub/shower is now sparkling clean, and we'll definitely use Sir Grout in the future when the time comes again.
